This instructor-led course provides Dynamics 365 administrators and customizers with the knowledge and skills to setup and configure Field Service to take full advantage of the workflow automation, scheduling and mobility capabilities. Learn to configure and manage resources, scheduling, work orders and the mobile app through lecture, hands-on-labs, and real world scenarios.
This course is designed to support individuals who will be setting up, administrating, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Field Service for their organizations. This class is recommended for power users, administrators, and subject matter experts migrating from other Field Service solutions or as a first exposure to working with Field Service to fully grasp the functionality. Key stakeholders of processes may also attend in order to understand the capabilities of the application. The course is not recommended for application end-users, who will benefit more from training around the customized processes specific to their job role.
