This course is designed to support individuals who will be setting up, administrating, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 Sales application as their main job role. While helpful for key stakeholders of Sales processes to understand capabilities of the application it is generally not recommended for sales application users, but rather administrators and Sales subject matter experts migrating from other sales solutions to fully grasp the feature-set of the Sales application.
