HCLTech Joining Microsoft at HIMSS23

Post Author: Joe D365 |

Live events are slowly returning after a long hiatus during the pandemic and the Microsoft Business Applications Practice at HCLTech is thrilled to be at HIMSS23 in April. That’s right, we’re back in person and extremely thrilled to be one of the select partners to share a booth with Microsoft.

As far as industry conferences go, HIMSS holds a special place in the hearts of our Microsoft Biz Apps team because healthcare has long been one of our highly focused industry practices. In fact, HCLTech is the reigning Microsoft Global Partner of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences – as well as MSUS Power Apps Partner of the Year – so we’ll be bringing to this year’s event an extra bounce in our collective step.

We hope you’re planning to attend the conference, as well. If so, you’ll find us in the Microsoft booth (#1201) in Hall A of the South Building of beautiful McCormick Place in Chicago. We’re excited to collaborate with Microsoft as we showcase our unique technology capabilities in the healthcare space.

During the conference and within the Microsoft booth, we’ll be showcasing two exciting HCLTech solutions: a physician’s network leakage demo solution and our XTERN service delivery platform.

Network leakage demo solution

Our network leakage demo solution isolates and pinpoints revenue losses that are due to patients visiting out-of-network referrals. It enables you to track financial impact by facility, by physician and by specialty and then to implement remediation programs to minimize these impacts. In this way, it delivers immediate revenue improvements and capacity utilization optimizations.

The solution leverages the fully HIPAA-compliant Dynamics 365 cloud platform, enhanced by the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4HC) schema as an accelerator. It is also built to integrate seamlessly with Power Platform, including low-code development for increased functionality requirements using apps, chat bots and portals. Finally, the solution supports natively producing and embedding meaningful Power BI dashboards and reports.  We’ll be showcasing this solution all week, so please stop by and check it out.

XTERN Service Delivery Platform (SDP)

Our XTERN SDP solution empowers users to develop fully customized extended reality (XR) experiences. It leverages an integrated suite of software components – including Power Platform low-code authoring tools, the XR cloud platform on Azure and customizable viewer app that works with different XR devices (e.g., HoloLens 2) – to create healthcare XR solutions. Critically, XTERN enables you to quickly develop patient assistance and coaching modules for a variety of clinical use cases: at-home kidney dialysis assistance, at-home infusion pump usage and many more.  It’s hard to do it justice using words alone – you need to see it in action. Once again, we’ll be demonstrating the XTERN SDP in the Microsoft booth throughout the HIMSS event. To learn more about our presence at HIMSS23, be sure to bookmark our page.  We’ll see you soon.
