PowerObjects is seeking a Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Support resource to join their award winning and growing Sales team. The primary responsibility of the Pre-Sales Support is to work in partnership with the Global Pre- Sales team and other sales resources as assigned/needed to participate in the execution of the PowerObjects Evaluation Process. Some of the responsibilities include: providing support in building a configured solution demonstration with Dynamics CRM, participating in Proof of Concepts, enhancing demo assets, and supporting the presentation of the solution to the prospective customer.

This role will also participate, as assigned, in various sales and marketing related activities such as webinars, internal training, building templates and standard demos, etc. The Pre-Sales Support team member may also be asked to develop/co-develop and maintain the various tools and demo assets.

Essential Functions

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE hands on experience through extensive project experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE. This includes CRM system design, customization, installation, deployment, architecture, and more
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple internal projects at once and supporting a Global Pre-Sales Team
  • Participate in RFP responses when needed
  • Assist in developing sales team tools and training
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts
  • Maintain Sales Demo Assets
  • Actively participate in any sales/skills development or training opportunities or programs offered
  • Read, understand, and follow any policies and procedures specific to the sales team as well as the general policies and procedures of PowerObjects
  • Other duties and requirements, as needed or assigned

Key Measurements of Performance

  • Successfully work with Pre-sales on assigned project/opportunities
  • Conduct all business activities in an ethical and prudent manner
  • Update and/or submit all required reports and information within the designated timeframe(s)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365, Power Platform, or equivalent line of business application, such as Salesforce
  • Functional understanding of development, integration, and data migration processes and tools
  • Comfort with Azure service offerings, Scribe, and SSIS capabilities, CRM API/SDK capabilities, AI and ML a plus
  • Comfort with Microsoft Power Platform, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Prior experience with software demonstrations a plus
