In fact, AbeTech has been part of the Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) program from the beginning, meaning that HCLTech has been involved in every one of their Microsoft Dynamics implementations, upgrades, and customizations for 11+ years.

So, when it came time to migrate from an on-premises version of Dynamics to a cloud-based instance, AbeTech naturally turned once again to the DSE program. During the migration project, the HCLTech DSE team identified opportunities to significantly improve five of AbeTech’s key internal business processes.
