With the end of standalone D365 HR looming, HCLTech developed a reusable delivery approach - called the HR Upgrade Supercharger - that merges HR and F&SCM into one environment.
This consumer electronics retailer initially came to HCLTech seeking a technology partner to help deliver a full digital transformation of their sales and service ecosystem. One of the key challenges was integrating 15+ different systems – many of which were aging inhouse-built legacy systems – into a single CRM solution.
Ultimately, HCLTech deployed the Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service workloads of Dynamics 365, as well as Unified Service Desk and several Microsoft portals to integrate those 15+ disparate systems. The deliverables also included Power BI and multiple unique Power Apps solutions.
