Hi, my name is Avni Pandya. I'm a training consultant here at PowerObjects, and I'd like to tell you about our Dynamics 365 University education programs. You can train an individual by having them attend a training, one of our public offerings at our training centers, or we can bring a trainer to you. I'm excited to tell you about our Citizen Developer course. The Citizen Developer is that administrator or power user in Dynamics 365 who doesn't know a programming language, but knows what the business need. Citizen Developer course will teach you about all of the low code and no code tools that let you build tools that are perfect for your team. One of those tools that lets you build really great low code solutions is Microsoft Flow. Microsoft Flow lets you mash-up data between Dynamics 365 and other systems. There's tons of connectors available and it lets you push notifications and information between those two systems.

I'm going to tell you about the five best things about Microsoft Flow. First of all, you don't need to know how to program. Microsoft Flow takes care of all of that for you. Second, it knows about all of your favorite apps and services. It knows about Google, Dropbox, Twitter, Office 365 and so much more. Third, flows can be designed to automate business processes, so you could get a notification in Google when something gets saved to Dropbox. You can send communications, collect data, and more. Fourth, flows are easy to design. Templates from Microsoft and other users and services are a great jumpstart. Fifth, Flow integrates tightly with PowerApps and Dynamics 365 to make it quick and easy to build tools and applications, again, no programming necessary.

So there you have it. Microsoft Flow makes it easy and fun to build out solutions without getting your dev team involved right away. With just a little bit of time and effort you can figure out the best solution for your business.
