Many Dynamics CRM customers have made the switch to Office 365 because of how seamlessly the tools integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Well, there's good news for anyone who's interested in either Office 365 or CRM Online. Microsoft is currently running a promotion called the SMB Advantage Program that can save Office 365 and/or CRM Online customers some money.
You can't claim rewards on a trial—you must purchase all licenses. Also, you must already have established your Partner of Record for Office 365 and Dynamics CRM. (This video shows you how to set your Partner of Record.)
You can either calculate an estimate of the subsidy you could receive (yellow arrow), or you can redeem your subsidy right away (red arrows).
NOTE: When filling out this form, it's important that the company information matches the same credentials on your company Microsoft Online account. To check, go to the Online Portal sign-in page. After you sign in, go to the right corner of the Admin page and click on your company name.
After submitting the request for cash back, you will be notified within 30 days. When Microsoft accepts the request, the subsidy check will be made payable to Microsoft Partner organization. The Microsoft Partner Organization will then credit the customer account in the amount the subsidy check is made out for.
You can use the subsidy calculator to enter the products and number of licenses you are purchasing and get an estimate of your subsidy.
After clicking Estimate, a new page will open where you can continue adding different products. Once you've added all the products and licenses, if you want you can choose to Redeem now.
This promotion ends November 30th, so be sure to redeem your reward before that date!
Happy CRM'ing and Office 365'ing!
