HCL Technologies' Microsoft Business Applications Practice ("MBAP" formerly, PowerObjects) is seeking a Digital Engagement Manager to drive awareness and brand affinity through social media and content marketing. As a key member of the Digital Marketing Team, this person will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies and marketing approaches, and will evangelize digital engagement across all global social channels.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, manage, and execute the strategic development of HCL-PowerObjects’ global social media strategy:
  • Manage HCL-PowerObjects social media channels and evolve the strategy to continue to drive engagement with innovation, insight, and creativity
  • Manage paid and sponsored content to assist with driving new leads and reaching new audiences across channels, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Manage the HCL-PowerObjects blog as a driver of our digital strategy
  • Optimize and scale social strategy aligned to the customer journey across social platforms, including Account Based Marketing and campaign programs in partnership with the broader marketing teams
  • Provide guidance on campaigns to help inform the Program Team of what is and isn’t working in order to meet marketing goals
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the current and emerging media landscape, as well as an understanding of effective digital strategies
  • Leverage knowledge of both traditional and emerging platforms to deliver against both short-term and long-term objectives of HCL-PowerObjects
  • Manage and update guides on how to effectively promote the HCL-PowerObjects brand through engagement across channels and platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within HCL-PowerObjects, and with potential external partners to ensure execution of integrated marketing plans
  • Manage and leverage allocated budgets to develop impactful and creative ways for HCL-PowerObjects to break through the noise and maximize investments to drive effective and efficient ROI
  • Develop and track KPIs/metrics of all social campaigns

Desired Skills

  • Exhibit HCl-PowerObjects’ Guiding Principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, and/or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience specializing in social media, demand gen, and content
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction
