    1. Hi Eric - Yes - PowerMIgrate can move either a crm 4 or crm 2011 on premises to crm 2011 online. PowerMIgrate is a combinatino of priprietary tools we wrote and services. We typicaly do two migrations (test and prod) and do the mgirations to crm online to our data center so we have full control of the enviornment and plenty of bandwidth.
